Tamara Bey
Vice President
Tamara Bey is the President and CEO of EGR Financial Solutions. As an MBA graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt, she has close to 20 years of experience in sales leadership, strategy planning, account development, and relationship management. She has been recognized throughout her career for her ability to develop some of the most strategic partnerships. After spending a vast majority of her career in the Healthcare industry, Tamara was called out of the corporate world and led by God to start a career in the commercial lending industry. As a servant leader, Tamara has made it her personal mission to partner with aspiring business owners in fulfilling their calling while also connecting with business owners who are in a growth or recovery phase. She has a network of 40+ lenders located throughout the country to help align the right lending solutions to address her client’s needs. Tamara truly believes that Extra Grace is Required to help clients achieve their dreams and accelerate their business to the next level.
Dylan Kim
Vice President
Dylan Kim has experience as a real estate agent primarily focused on residential real
estate in the greater Pittsburgh region. He has deep ties to the Pittsburgh area, having earned his BSBA and MBA from Duquesne University, and currently a JD candidate at the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law. As a first-generation law student, Dylan serves as the President of the
Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as a founding member and the business
manager of the Black Asian Latin(x) Legal Alliance. Dylan also works as a certified legal intern
at the Securities Arbitration Clinic at Pitt Law, in which he assists clients with small securities
claims, and as a legal intern at First National Bank. Dylan currently resides in the North Hills
and enjoys spending his rare free time playing basketball in the Allegheny County Bar
Association League and spending time with his dog Ghost.
Tyler Coulverson
Treasurer
As a branch manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and account retention. As an owner of multiple businesses, I have a proven track record of success in generating multiple streams of income. As a skilled social media marketer/ content creator. I created a podcast called Financial Literacy with TC talking about having black representation when it comes to topics centered around all things financial!
Titus Morris Sr.
Treasurer
Titus Morris Sr. MBA is a distinguished professional with a diverse background in business administration, real estate, entrepreneurship, and community service. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration Seton Hill University and furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
Titus has a strong military background, having served in the Army Reserves, demonstrating discipline and commitment to service. His dedication to community development is evident through his role as the Homeownership and Real Estate Opportunities administrator at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where he worked to create and enhance housing opportunities for residents.
Beyond his public service, Titus is an accomplished entrepreneur, boasting an impressive real estate portfolio that showcases his expertise in the industry. Titus is also a multi million dollar producing real estate agent. He is the proud owner of Infinity Bar and Hookah Lounge, a popular establishment known for its vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, Titus has excelled in the health care sector, owning and managing both a service coordination business and a home care business, highlighting his versatility and business acumen.
Titus's commitment to community financial empowerment is evident through his role on the loan advisory committee for the Hill District Federal Credit Union. By contributing his expertise, he plays a vital role in ensuring financial access and opportunities for the local community.
Actively engaged in his spiritual community, Titus serves as the treasurer at Pittsburgh Higher Ground Praise Ministry, showcasing his commitment to both personal and communal well-being. With his multifaceted skills, dedication to service, and entrepreneurial success, Titus Morris Sr. MBA stands as an influential figure making a positive impact on various facets of his community.
Robert Lawler

Robert Lawler has spent the last 20 years in Western Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Slippery Rock University and then pursued a Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University. Since then, he has had a career spanning over 10 years and has occupied almost every position within a law firm. During his career he gained experience in civil litigation, real estate and family law. He is currently a Legal Assistant with Frost Brown Todd LLP, is a member of the NAACP – Pittsburgh Division and Pittsburgh Paralegal Association. He resides in the Hill District.
